The MANA Initiative is the Intelligence Agency of the Principality of Pāla; a Political Party, a Micronation, and a Blueprint for post-Scarcity Utopian Engineering. We are the Architects and early Adopters of a radically new way of Living, known as Seasteading.

Seasteading and Micronationalism has been around for a little more than a Century, long before the founding of the Principality of Sealand 🔷 an abandoned World War II Anti-Aircraft Platform, taken over by Paddy Roy Bates in 1967 🔷 a Pirate Radio Broadcaster, turned Governor; its one and only successful Poster Boy, striking Envy in a World where Free Real Estate is practically non-existent.

The reason why 99% of fringe Ideologies and potential Solutions to our World's Problems have failed to gain mainstream Popularity and Traction, is because they have failed to learn some very important key Lessons. Namely:

1. The fact that Large-Scale Civilization (LSC) was a Mistake, as Human Beings tend to operate at their best when living in small Communities and Villages.

2. Large-Scale Civilization amplified Corruption and global Conflict, all while keeping its Citizens numb, distracted and oblivious to the Policies being written behind their Backs.

3. Liberal Democracy failed to provide any long-term Solutions, as it was fundamentally incapable of long-term Planning, which was needed in order to solve the Only Problem that matters in our Society today; Unaffordable Housing. Particularly in a World where Populations are becoming harder and harder to manage, be it because of Immigration, or just natural Population Growth

(Which is also a bit ironic if you think of how Conservatives tend to complain about Immigrants raising the Cost of Living, while at the same time encouraging People to have Babies, and trying to pass Legislation against Planned Parenthood).

4. Human Beings need open Frontiers in order to thrive. It is sheer Lunacy to pretend that we can keep People sedated and contented with running on a Hamster Wheel (be it the Gym, or the 9-5 Rat Race, or sitting at Home playing Video Games and binge-watching Netflix) as a means of providing a rich and fulfilling Existence.

With Floating Islands, we can restore Society to its optimal Size 🔷 small, self-reliant Communities that thrive on Cooperation, Trust, and shared Purpose. Each Island is a small Society, a living Laboratory for Human Flourishing, free from the destructive Pressures of massive Centralized States, and where everyone is working longer and longer Hours to appease the Banks and Landlords whose Rents and Mortgages keep us in a State of unsuspecting Slavery. One that could quite literally be worse than the Slavery of the Past, if you take away all of the Luxuries and Distractions that they drip-feed down our Throats to keep us from noticing just how dreadful and monotonous our Surroundings have actually become.

5. Religion isn't to blame for Conflict. Lack of Real Estate is to blame for Conflict. Monotheistic Religions just so happen to be the 'Operating System' of Large-Scale Civilizations, as they encourage the Individual to humble themselves to the Level of an Insect in order to be a part of the Industrial Super-Organism, without rebelling against it.

6. The Mouse Utopia Experiment serves as the perfect Analogy for why Large-Scale Civilizations eventually fail. That's because the Mice had to compete over the Scarcity of Real Estate, not the Scarcity of Resources. Being surrounded by Alpha Mice who 'get all the Females' and intimidate all the Beta Mice into Submission (and even Homosexuality) as a Show of Dominance, eventually leads to Violence, and Societal Collapse. Particularly if the Mice are unable to leave this false 'Utopia' and go build their own Nests and Societies elsewhere.

Our Vision is complete and absolute Autonomy, Self-Reliance, Independence and Decentralization. Both Economic, and Political. We aim to create resilient, hardy, floating 'Atolls' in the Open Ocean 🔷 ring-shaped Cargo Ships with Botanic Gardens, Tiny Houses and even hollowed-out Artificial Mountains built on top of them, powered by giant Kite-Sails, and underwater Rudders.

The highest Elevation of the Island would be at its Edge, where Rogue Waves would otherwise threaten to wash away and sink the Platform, and the lowest Elevation; a tiny Lagoon with Turquoise-colored Waters, and Beaches. The perfect Island Paradise and Getaway from High Rents, Taxes and the Carnage of our endless Culture Wars and Genocides. Thereby offering a “Release Valve” for Overpopulation and Corruption, as well as a Model for Freedom, Autonomy, and Sustainability.

Each floating Brick would actually cost no more than $25-50NZD to create, and could be made by essentially 'Fossilizing' and compressing large Amounts of Recyclable, Plastic PET Containers into 2.2m x 0.9m-sized Blocks, and then coating those Blocks with a layer of Concrete mixed with Seashells and Stones, for maximum Aesthetic Appeal.

Even if you had 1 Billion of these Islands, you would still only have a Land-Mass the Size of Denmark, so not a Zero Sum Game by any stretch of the Imagination. You have to remember that Planet Earth is indistinguishable from Neptune when viewed from the Point of View of the Pacific.

These Islands would be constantly moving and orbiting the Ocean Currents, harnessing the boundless Energy of Wind, Sun, and Sea. Kite-Sailing is already becoming a low-speed and sustainable means of powering Vessels of all Shapes and Sizes, in addition to being able to generate Electricity on its own.

We will eventually explore Analog Artificial Intelligence, Space Travel and Bio-inspired Computing as a means of advancing Technologically, and keeping up with the Threats of the outside World, as low-tech Societies would risk being conquered and annexed by their devouring, authoritarian and neo-Feudalist Empires on the other side of the World. With their Armies of mind-controlled Cowards and Suckers; literal Bugmen with no Pride, and Self-Respect. Men who literally have less Freedom and Autonomy than Insects.

Self-Replicating Analog Artificial Intelligence (Von Neumann Probes) would also allow us to break our Dependency on Terrestrial Supply Chains, which are often used as Economic Leverage in order to blackmail smaller Countries into Submission. Particularly when it comes to Semiconductors and Grid-Dependent Digital Tech. Think of how bulky and expensive your average Data Center and Semiconductor Manufacturing Plants are, at least compared to just Plant Seeds, Home-Labs, Blacksmiths, Clock-Makers, and 3D Printers.

Make no mistake: Large-Scale Civilizations are Satanic. And are about to become moreso. Psychiatry is already beginning to compete with Christianity, Judaism and Islam as an effective means of sedating discontented and disempowered Masses into Servitude, and being nothing more than disposable Cogs of the neo-Feudalist Super-Organism. Unworthy of even a House with a White-Picket Fence that they can renovate to their liking, without being forced to sell their Souls to fake 'pretend Jobs' that don't even add any Value to the Economy whatsoever, so much as they merely keep People busy for the sake of being busy. Especially now that AI and Robotics threaten to render Human Labor obsolete, in addition to tossing the 'Runoff Populations' onto the Streets, or worse yet: genociding all of the Homeless and Unemployed Zombies, as the wealthy move away into closed-off Ivory Castles and Gated Communities.

Every Project, Invention, and Act of Creation within the MANA Initiative is shared freely 🔷 spreading the Flame of Knowledge where Material Aid would otherwise struggle to make its way in. Our true Wealth is not measured in GDP or Bank Balances, but in Resilience, Raw Matter, Raw Energy, and Individual Achievement.

What the Israelis did to the Palestinians, the Corporations will eventually do to Us 🔷 the Disposable Class.

But it's not all Doom and Gloom.

Life is both a Real-Time Strategy Game, and a Role-Playing Adventure.

Floating Seasteads embody a return to the natural Scale at which we excel: small, accountable, and tribal Societies, where Cooperation replaces Coercion, and Trust replaces Bureaucracy.

We are not here to compete with the World of Ould. We're not even here to replace it. We offer the Only Solution to a World that is about to destroy itself from rising Bigotry, Xenophobia, and uncontrolled Immigration. Which will only get worse as more and more Populations are displaced from those very same Conflicts, left with nowhere to go. Tossed around like a Trash-Can from one Country, to the next. Always 'somebody else's Problem, not mine'.
